2. This role is for extensive traveling and meeting clients for Sales presentation.

3. The role is of an individual contributor and involves end-to-end Sales, Business Development and Client Engagement.

4. This includes - Pre-Sales, Cold Calling, Introduction / Presentation Meetings with clients, excessive follow-ups via emails & phone calls, documentation of Email and Proposal documents and generating references.

5. All Clients are India based.

Requirements:

1. Qualification: Master's degree or equivalent diploma in Business; i.e. MBA or PGDM

2. Experience: Maximum of 10 years experience in Sales or Business Development with at least 3 years' experience in Sales in HR Consulting or HR Technology domain

3. Well acquainted to Human Resources, Training / Learning & Development and Organizational Development fraternity

4. Strong Communication with high command in Spoken and Written English

5. High on Presentation Skills and Group Discussions

6. Ability to Negotiate and conduct Analysis like PEST, SWOT, etc

7. Ability to comprehend conversations and document them

8. Mindset to write and document processes, data-flow diagrams, etc

9. Willingness to Travel
